At the heart of the exclusive Driver’s Capsule, created for the Concours of Elegance 2026, the Fairway Driving Jacket offers a contemporary interpretation of classic motoring attire. Its clean, sporting silhouette balances the usual Turnbull & Asser elegance with functionality designed specifically for the road. Lightweight, breathable and effortlessly versatile, it can be worn over a shirt or knitwear for a considered approach to motoring style.

Only 32 jackets have been created, with each individually numbered from 1 to 32 on an embroidered label discreetly hidden inside an internal pocket. Each is presented in a coordinating storage bag, crafted from the same fabric as the jacket’s outer shell with a breathable mesh interior.

Construction Details

Lightweight and packable, with a breathable internal mesh lining, two-way front zip, zipped elbow gussets and side zips for ease of movement when seated. Internal and external storm tabs secure the jacket when worn unzipped and fold away with concealed buttons when not in use. The front panels fold inwards and secure with concealed buttons to prevent bunching behind the wheel. Finished with ribbed cuffs and hem, three external zipped pockets and two concealed internal pockets.
